My Promise to You
I will listen closely, speak honestly, and take your concerns seriously. I will not reduce you to a diagnosis or force your experience into a one-size-fits-all approach. I will explain what I am recommending and why, welcome your questions, and tell you when another option may serve you better.
You can expect me to be prepared, present, direct, and respectful. We will set goals together, pay attention to what is helping, and adjust when something is not.
You do not need to impress me, have everything figured out, or arrive with the perfect words. Come as you are. We will begin there.
